PLOT.
For almost 40 years, shifters have been a problem in Vaux. Their constantly growing numbers have left the city overrun by them, and they're causing mayhem. Banned from society as it is, shifters have been forced to ransack, steal and attack citizens in order to survive. In retaliation, the wealthy citizens of Vaux have hired hunters in order to protect themselves from the threat to their lifestyle. There's rumors of a war, but as of now they're just whispers on the wind. But there's a threat to those rumors that rings true, and every living soul in Vaux - human, hunter or shifter - knows it. There's only so long that the city can keep itself going within the turmoil of its denizens, and at some point, something is going to give. There's no debate that it's never silent here, though.
